Johns Creek Defeats Dunwoody 49-14, Undefeated In Region Play Two Years Straight

On Friday, with the Region championship already locked up, the Johns Creek Gladiators football team took on the Dunwoody Wildcats in the final regular season game of the year, with a win allowing the Gladiators to finish undefeated in region play for the second consecutive year.

After both teams' opening drives would result in turnovers, the Gladiators' offense would open up as Ben Whitlock would throw two of his four touchdown passes to Dalton Pearson in the first quarter, giving Johns Creek a 14-0 lead.

It would also be a big night for the Johns Creek defense as they would come up with two pick sixes to help lead the Gladiators to a 49-14 win and and second straight season going undefeated in region play. Watch highlights from the game below now!
