Ben Whitlock 3 Touchdowns In Johns Creek 26-14 Scrimmage Win Over Creekside


On Friday, the Johns Creek Gladiators and the Creekside Seminoles faced off in the annual Fulton County Kickoff Classic as teams from the county went head to head in scrimmage action. As the battle of the "Creeks" got underway, the Gladiators would strike first scoring on the very first play of the game as Ben Whitlock connected with Cole Nelson as Johns Creek would take a 7-0 lead.

Later in the first Whitlock would find Dalton Pearson in the corner of the end zone giving the Gladiators a 14-0 advantage. On the ensuing kickoff, the Seminoles would respond with a return for a touchdown to make it a 14-7 game. However, the Johns Creek defense proved to be more than the Seminoles were able to handle as the Gladiators forced several turnovers including an interception by Jack Yensel. Johns Creek would go on to win the scrimmage by a final of 26-14. Watch highlights from the game below now!
