Eagles Landing Christian Academy Claims 3rd Straight GHSA 1A State Title With 41-3 Win Over Athens A

Not one, not two, but three in a row for the Eagles Landing Christian Academy Chargers as they win the Georgia High School Association Class 1A State Championship 41-3 over the Athens Academy Spartans. The Chargers would dominate the Spartans in the first half score 27 unanswered points, all rushing touchdowns by four different players.

In the second half, ELCA's Sean Queen would have two touchdown receptions to lift the Chargers to a 41-0 lead. The Spartans would eventually kick a field goal after a Chargers turnover to make it a 41-3 which would be the final score.
