Whitewater Wildcats Still Defending Title, Defeats Grady 3-0 To Advance To GHSA 5A Final Four

On Tuesday, the Georgia High School Association girls soccer state playoffs continued with the Grady Knights hosting the defending GHSA 5A state champions, the Whitewater Wildcats.

Grady would come out aggressive offensively, controlling the ball a good portion of the first half which led to several shots on goal by the Knights. However, the defending champs would strike first as Georgia State Panthers signee Jolie Ryff would score with a floater off the assist from Camille Messina as Whitewater took a 1-0 lead.

In the second half Ryff would score two more goals to put the Wildcats up 3-0, which would end up being the final score as Whitewater returns to the GHSA 5A semi finals on their title defense run. Watch highlights from the game below now.
