Grayson Improves To 10-3 With 18-9 Win Over Decatur, Aaron Alexis 5 Goals
Following their 14-12 loss to North Paulding, the Grayson Rams boys lacrosse team visited the Decatur Bulldogs, who won their previous two matches. The Rams would come out and score right out of the opening face off as Jackson Tutterow would come up with the ball, keep it and advance into the the Grayson offensive end of the field.
Grayson would go up 3-0 before the Decatur offense would score off of a goal by Gunner Michelfelder and that would be the Bulldogs only goal in the first quarter as the trailed 9-1 at the end of the opening period. The Rams would pile on six runs in the second quarter while the Bulldogs would only add two points to their point total and they trailed 14-4 at the half.
The Rams offense would slow down a bit in the second half, only scoring four more goals, but that would be all they needed as they go on to win by a final score of 18-9. Watch highlights of the game below now!
