12 Run 6th Inning Gives Milton 16-6 Come From Behind Win Over Alpharetta

On Wednesday, the Milton Eagles hosted region rival, the Alpharetta Raiders in double header action. In game one, the Eagles would take a 2-0 lead in the bottom of the first inning which included a solo home run by Kiley Perry. The Raiders defense and pitching by Paige Tucci would allow them to remain trailing by two runs heading into the top of the third inning in which Alpharetta would get some offensive production as they would take a 5-3. However, in the bottom of the sixth inning as they Eagles trailed 6-4, Milton's bats would really come alive as they would score 12 runs to pick up a 16-6 game one win. The Eagles would go on to win game two to complete the sweep!
