Pope Defeats Parkview 3-0, Freshman Kendall Frost 5 K's, 3 Hits Through Seven Innings

The Pope Greyhounds were on the road on Saturday to take part in a double header against the Parkview Panthers and the Peachtree Ridge Lions. The Hounds would fall in their first match to Peachtree Ridge, who also defeated Parkview earlier in the day, but would bounce back and pick up a 3-0 win over host Parkview. Freshman Kendall Frost, in just her second career start, would have a solid performance on the mound for the hounds, striking out five and only allowing three hits through seven innings.
