Six Run Inning Helps Lift East Paulding To 9-4 Win Over South Cobb


In a non-region match up, the East Paulding Raiders traveled to face the South Cobb Eagles as the Raiders looked to pick up their second win of the season and they would waste no time getting started. The Raiders would score three runs in the top of the first inning including an RBI single by Jackson Phipps. and take a 3-0 lead.

On the mound for East Paulding was Kasey Kelly who would strike South Cobb's first two batters in the bottom of the first inning and he would pick up three more strikeouts in the bottom of the fourth inning as the Eagles weren't able to get much offense going at the plate.

The Raiders would take a 3-1 lead into the top of the fifth inning where they would exploded for six more runs to take a 9-1 lead. East Paulding would go on to win by a final score of 9-4. Watch highlights from the game below now!
