Mays Raiders Hold Off Riverdale Raiders 35-28 To Win Great Atlanta Bash Match Up

In week two of high school football action in Georgia, the Mays Raiders and the Riverdale Raiders went head to head in the 2nd Annual Great Atlanta Bash. Mays would set the pace early on taking a 21-6 lead in the first quarter. In the second quarter, Riverdale would respond with 14 unanswered points to tie the game 21-21 which would be the score at the half. In the second half, the two teams would exchange punches as the game would see another tie at 28-28, however Mays would have the last response on a touchdown score through the air to take a 35-28 lead which would be the final score.
