PSN Spotlight: Riverdale Raiders Football

It's a new season of high school football approaching for the Riverdale Raiders and with that new season, comes a new head coach, however a head coach that is very familiar with the Raiders program. Back in May, Riverdale turned to Rodney Hackney to lead the Raiders into the 2018/2019 season.

Hackney, who recently served as the athletic director at Therrell High School, has had an extensive and successful career as a head coach taking the helm at programs such as Mays, Lithonia, North Clayton, and you guessed it, the Riverdale Raiders from 2000 to 2004. We recently stopped by a Raiders summer practice to get a glimpse of what the Raiders have in store for the upcoming season, as well as spoke with Coach Hackney about his return to the program.
