Pebblebrook Outlast Kell 64-59 In Tournament of Champions Classic

On Saturday, the Pebblebrook Falcons faced the Kell Longhorns at the annual Tournament of Champions showcase basketball classic. The Longhorns had yet to suffer their first loss of the season, while the Falcons had won their lat two after suffering their first loss to Wasatch Academy out of North Carolina over Thanksgiving weekend. Early on the game would see several lead changes through out the first half as each team struggled to get into any type of offensive rhythm but it would be Kell leading 32-27 at the half. But in the third quarter, Pebblebrook would outscore Kell 15-11 to take a 52-46 lead at the of the period. The Falcons would go on to hold on to pick up the 64-59 win and hand the Longhorns their first loss of the season. Watch highlights from the game below now!
