Arabia Mountain Edges Miller Grove 8-6 To Open Region Play With Win

On Saturday, the Arabia Mountain Rams football team and the Miller Grove Wolverines went head to head in a region opener for both teams as they each looked for their first win of the season. The Rams offense would get going early on in the first quarter scoring off a Chandler Martin keeper. Martin would lose the ball as he crossed the goal line but his teammate Amir Mohammad would be there for the recovery. The Rams would add a two point conversion and take a 8-0 lead. The second quarter, both teams would struggle offensively as neither would muster any points in the period. However, in the third quarter, it would be the Wolverines that would get a spark from their offense as they would put together a drive that would end in a Jayden Brown rushing touchdown.
