Titans Outlast Blue Devils As Northview Defeats Norcross 57-50 In Gladiator Challenge

In the final game of the Johns Creek Gladiator Challenge, the Northview Lady Titans and the Norcross Lady Blues in an exciting night cap. As the game got underway, the Titans would get off to an 8-0 start but the Blues would battle back outscoring Northview 10-3 and cut the Titans lead to 11-10.

However, as the opening period would come to an end, back to back baskets by Northview's Asjah Innis (18 points) would help put the Titans on top by four at the end of the first quarter. In the second quarter, another run by the Blues, including back to back three point baskets by Myra Strickland would help Norcross take a 30-22 into the locker room at the half.

Second half action would see the Blues maintain the lead throughout the third quarter and end the period with a 44-40 lead, but in the fourth quarter, led by Innis, the Titans would outscore the Blues 17-6 to pick up the 57-50 win. Watch highlights from the game below now!
