Titans Take Down Hornets As Blessed Trinity Defeats Roswell 55-47 In Rotary Honor Air Invitational
On Monday, the Roswell Rotary Honor Air Invitational continued with semi finals action as host school, the Roswell Hornets, faced the Blessed Trinity Titans. The Titans would open up the game on a 6-0 run but the Hornets would later go on a 8-1 run to take an 8-7 lead.
After taking the lead, the Hornets would then close out the first quarter with a 16-9 lead as Roswell's George Pridgett would knock down a three point basket at the buzzer. Blessed Trinity would battle back and finally regain the lead an Andy Swade, who finished with 22 points, basket would give them a 37-36 lead.
The Titans would not relinquish the lead from that point and go on to win by a final of 55-47. On a positive note for the Hornets, Roswell senior Miles Herron would score and surpass his 1,000 career point on the night in the loss. Watch highlights from the game below now!
