Warriors "Come Out And Play" Well As North Atlanta Defeats Cambridge 23-14

Under the direction of their new head coach, Sean O'Sullivan, the North Atlanta Warriors looked to bounce back from their 53-32 loss to Johns Creek last week as they hosted the Cambridge Bears. As the Warriors took to the field on their home coming night, Iann Hicks would give the North Atlanta the early first quarter lead after he intercepted Cambridge quarterback Zack Harris for a pick six and to help the Warriors take a 7-0 lead.

The Bears would answer back in the second quarter as Harris would connect with Chandler Jones for a touchdown and the game would be tied up 7-7 at the half. in the third quarter, the Warriors would have to settle for a field goal and take a 10-7 lead, but the Bears would respond with a touchdown and would take 14-10 lead. The Cambridge lead would not last long though.

After Hicks intercepted Harris for his second pick of the game, the Warriors would respond with a Hartley to Justin Sanders touchdown and take a 16-10 lead after missing the extra point. As the fourth quarter began to find down, Cambridge would be on the move once again, but would fail to keep their drive alive after Sanders would pick off Harris and take it back for a touchdown, giving the Warriors a 23-14 lead. That would also be the final score of the game. Watch highlights from the game below now!
