PSN Spotlight: Lovett Lions Football

All summer, the Lovett Lions have been preparing for the start of the 2018 season, a season that will begin the same way the past couple of seasons have began, with a week one match up against the Greater Atlanta Christian School Spartans. Last year, it was the Spartans that ended the Lions season as the Lions fell 38-21 to GAC in the second round of Georgia High School Association state playoffs.

But true their name, the Lions have plenty of heart and look forward to kicking the season off against the Spartans and once again make it into the post season with hopes of bringing a state championship back to the Lions den. We caught up with the Lions at a recent summer practice and spoke with head coach Mike Muschamp to discuss how the Lions are getting ready for the 2018 season.
