Brandon Boston's 24 Points Leads Blue Devils To Victory As Norcross Defeats Riverdale Baptist 78

After almost a week of high school sporting events being cancelled due to winter weather, the 13th annual Peachtree Corners Invitational helped kick off the return of high school basketball action for the week. Host school, the Norcross Blue Devils, ranked No. 3 in Georgia, would face off against the Riverdale Baptist Crusaders out of Maryland.

The Crusaders would jump out to an early 12-4 lead in the first quarter after a 8-0 run. But later in the quarter, the Blue Devils would go on a run of their own and outscore the Crusaders 19-3 to take a 23-15 lead going into the second quarter.

Norcross' So. Brandon Boston would lead the charge for the Blue Devils, scoring 16 first half points. After taking the lead in the first quarter, Boston and the Blue Devils would never relinquish it and go on to win by a final score of 78-66. Watch highlights from the game below now!
