4-Star Defensive Back Trey Dean Volunteering, Commits To Tennessee
On Wednesday, the ever intense rivalry within college football’s Southeastern Conference continued as the University of Tennessee stole 4-star defensive back, Trey Dean from the University of Georgia’s backyard. Dean, out of Dutchtown High School in Hampton, Georgia, made his commitment announcement via Twitter on Wednesday night. “Officially committed, all glory to God, go Vols”, Dean tweeted Wednesday evening as he thanked his family for supporting him throughout his decision process. Dean’s announcement to join the Volunteers comes after his visit to Knoxville last weekend and as of now closes the door on Georgia and Alabama, who offered the 6-foot-2, 180 pound DB a scholarship a few weeks ago, in their pursuit of Dean.
