No. 4 Grayson Looks To Rebound After IMG Loss, Faces McEachern

On Friday, No. 4 Grayson will look to rebound from their 26-7 loss to IMG this past Saturday as they head to Powder Springs to take on a McEachern Indians team lead by quarterback Bailey Hockman and wide receiver Tyler Smith. Coming into the season, the Rams knew their schedule would be a tough one as they moved into the new Georgia High School Association Class 7A. “We went from eight region games to five region games, so we had to find five non-region games. We are used to finding just two. We just had a hard time finding games in Georgia. We had to fill the schedule to 10 games and we had to broaden our spectrum and that’s kind of how it ended up. It wasn’t done by intent. Looking at it now, we will know what we’ve got and we will be tested throughout the year in non-region and region. McEachern Defense Lines Up Against Archer

Grayson will have their second consecutive test as they take on McEachern, ranked No. 11 in the state of Georgia, in a non-region match-up. The Indians will come into Friday's contest off of a bye week at 1-0. They opened up the season with a 27-14 win over Grayson rival Archer at the annual Corky Kell Classic held at the Georgia Dome on August 20.
