In the second set, Savannah appeared to have an answer for the Lady Raiders as they led the way most of the set, including their largest lead in a set on the night when the Lady Blue Jackets went up by a score of 16-12, forcing the Lady Raiders to call a timeout. Out of the timeout, Redan strung together some great defensive play led by So. Takaira Flemons and Sr. Kiola Symister as their offense got some great kill points from seniors Taliah Gardner and Johnquanek Spencer as the Lady Raiders went on to win the set 25-19.

Following the game Coach Henderson said she was impressed by how her Lady Raiders kept fighting, "we were down in the second set and they kept fighting and came back to win and we lost the third set but the way they came out and took care of business in the fourth set," adding, "they were able to get back together and focus to do what they do best." Henderson also stated that following the third set loss she had to remind the Lady Raiders that they can not let someone "come into your house and have hope that they can beat you." Redan will head to Calhoun, GA to face #1 Sonoraville on Thursday.
