Over the weekend, the Nebraska Cornhuskers landed a much needed commitment from in-state prospect Nick Henrich of Burke High School in Omaha, Nebraska. the four star linebacker made his announcement via Twitter on Saturday evening, stating that he was "very excited to say I am 1000% committed to the University of Nebraska." At 6-foot-4, 210 pounds Burke is considered the state of Nebraska's highest ranked prospect and had received offers from a good majority of the country's top programs including Iowa and Wisconsin who were both on his list of final choices. After his visit to Lincoln, Henrich told Lincoln Journal-Star that he did not know much about new Nebraska head coach Scott Frost or his staff, but said that he was familiar with their success at Central Florida and that he believed in their process. "It just seems like the perfect fit," Henrich added.
